Submissions should include abstract, 5-10 keywords, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author and be in PDF format. Each submission should be in the IEEE 8.5 x 11 inches two-column format with 10-12 point font (Template: DOC or LaTeX), including tables, figures, and references.

Each submission should be marked with one AI Area and one Medicine Area by the author.

Prospective authors are invited to submit papers of any of the following 4 types:

Regular papers (must be original), 8-12 pages.

Research Report (can also be application report), 6-8 pages.

Extended Abstract of preprint or published Work (either as a preprint or a detailed abstract of high quality paper(s) already published in journal (s)), 4-6 pages.

Poster Demonstration (must be one of the above three types), 1-2 pages.

Once the paper is recommended for acceptance, it is required that at least one author presents the paper in person. All accepted papers will then be submitted to IEEE for indexing by EI.

Authors of selected outstanding papers will be invited to submit their extended technical papers to several SCI journals for a possible publication after ordinary review process, such as Journal of Computer Science and Technology (JCST, pending), Journal of Translational Internal Medicine (JTIM, pending), etc.
